Yes, it's like a badge. Our Teaching and Learning Center is working to create a number of these so learners can earn and share them. I understand that the University of Florida has an AI version. So I thought, why not ungrading, too? I'm just learning about this myself.
I've not heard of a microcredential for any kind of grading practice, but I think it's an interesting idea. One request: Don't call it "ungrading" unless it's actually ungrading. My post on Monday will explain a little more about why.
